Pokerfest Championship from Party Poker – $2 Million Prizes Guaranteed

The Pokerfest Championships have a guaranteed prize pool of $2 million and runs from Sunday October 19th through to Sunday November 2nd at Party Poker, buy in from just $1 and there’s a chance you can work your way to the big money.

Running now are Pokerfest qualifiers and there is still time to take on three Pokerfest Missions for an extra $20 bonus or a $5 Main Event Mega Satellite ticket.

Pokerfest from Party PokerDuring the Pokerfest championship itself there will be 76 tourneys over two weeks with $2 million worth of prizes guaranteed. See below for the full schedule. The Main Event will be on Sunday 2nd November and has a guaranteed prize pool of $300,000.

 

Pokerfest Qualifiers – running daily now

50 cents buy-in for a chance of a $5 seat,
$1 buy-in for $10 event seats game,
$10 buy-in to try for a $100 seat.
$5 buy-in could get you a $50 seat,
$50 buy-in could lead to a $500 seat.

They are offering re-buy tourneys and prizes of seats at some named Pokerfest Championship Events too, check them out by filtering the lobby to show Qualifiers for what’s on offer.

Sunday October 19th through to Sunday November 2nd. They have split the buy-in into 3 groups so something to match most peoples bankrolls.

Low – buy-ins of $1 – $5
Medium – buy-ins of $10 – $50
High – buy-ins of $100 and up

Pokerfest Championship Missions

You need to to opt-in for these three, click on the Missions tab under Achievements in the poker client.

Pokerfest MTT Qualifier Mission 2 runs October 13th 5am UK time to Oct 19th 4.59am UK time.
Play 10 scheduled tournaments with Pokerfest in the name with a minimum buy-in $1.
Prize is a $20 bonus.
This Pokerfest Mission bonus is a restricted bonus, it is released in up to four chunks. To release a $20 bonus you need to earn 100 points. For details on how Party Poker Points work see our Party Poker Loyalty Rewards page.

Pokerfest Week 1 Mission runs Oct 19th 5am UK time to Oct 27th 3.59am UK time.
Finish in the money in 3 Pokerfest events #1 to #39.

Pokerfest Leaderboards

Not for players from the UK so I’ll be brief…
Every time you play in a Pokerfest Championship tournament you’ll be awarded leaderboard points on one of the three leaderboards, depending on the amount of your buy-in.

Low: $1 – $5
Medium: $10 – $50
High: $100 and up

If you’ve placed in the top 10 of any of the three leaderboards on 2nd November you’ll get a prize. These range from from a $1100 WPT500 package down to a token worth $50.
